You’ll get an email with the tour map and addresses 3 days before the tour, sent to the email you used to purchase your ticket. The email will come from hello@rrvgardentour.com.
I can’t attend anymore. Can I get a refund?
Yes, refunds are available up to 48 hours before the tour. Since all proceeds benefit local nonprofits, you also have the option to donate your ticket instead.
What happens if it rains?
The tour will happen rain or shine. If there are severe weather concerns, we’ll send updates to your registered email and post them on our Facebook page.
Do I have to attend both days?
The tour is designed for you to go at your own pace. You can visit all gardens in one day or split them up over both days.
Where does the tour start?
There is no official starting point. You’ll receive a map with garden addresses and can visit them in any order at your own pace.
Are the gardens wheelchair or stroller accessible?
Accessibility varies by location. Some gardens may have uneven terrain, steps, or narrow pathways. If you have specific accessibility concerns, feel free to reach out for more details.
Can I bring my pet?
For the safety of the gardens and guests, pets are not allowed on the tour.
